COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Original Passport Valid for a minimum of 06 months from the date of travel and previous passports.
(Schengen countries will not issue visas to Indian passengers who are holding passport with more than 10 years validity from the Date of issue)
- Visa forms duly signed by each passenger.(Separate application for each country- U.K & Schengen)
- 4 Photographs for U.K Visa. Specification of (35mm X 45mm), milk white Background with glossy finish photograph.
- 4 Photographs for Schengen Visa. Specification of (35mm X 45 mm), milk white Background with semi matt finish photograph. (Face must be visible up to 80%)
- Covering letter on your Business letterhead only (for Employee - covering letter can give in plain paper with present address) –.
- Original Income tax “SARAL” for last 03 years with balance sheet (Personal & Company’s).
- Last 6 months Original bank statement, Personal & Companies with adequate funds. ( If any sudden credit in LACKS in the bank statement we require the proof also)
- No objection letter – This letter is required to validate your current status and assure the embassy that you have permission to travel.
- Invitation letter from the local company you will be visiting and their detailed address along with your travel dates (The invitation letter must also mention how the expenses of the applicant is going to be covered during his/her travel. It must be made clear whether it will be sponsored by the employer or the local company)
- Proof of the local person (schengen)
- Local Company (schengen) Registration Details
- Fixed Deposits, NSC, PPF, Post office Savings, Share certificates & any other financial proof. (Original)
- Photo copy of Property documents ( if documents in Regional language translate it to English and attested by notary public)
- Hotel reservation for visa application – When applying for the visa, you need to show that you have either booked your own accommodation in Belgium or have someone sponsoring your stay.
- Flight reservation for visa application – This is basically an itinerary of your travel plans in Belgium and the Schengen area in general.
- Travel health insurance – This includes valid and suitable health insurance plan covering the total number of days you will be staying in Belgium

Partner - Company’s Partner Ship Deed, Company’s IT for 3 years & 6 months original bank statement.
Director - Memorandum & Articles of the Company,

Proprietor - Registration of the company or sales tax act for shop.
Employed - Appointment Letter, Form 16 for last 3 years,
Salary Slip for Last 6 Months or Salary Certificate
Leave letter from employee.
Govt. Employee - NOC from Govt., or Leave.
Letter mentioned the purpose of leave.
Honeymoon - Marriage certificate & Wedding Invitation or Name
Endorsement in the spouse passport.
Couple NOC from girl’s parents on 20.Rs Stamp paper
Duly attested by Notary public. (Format will be given on request)
03 – 04 photographs of engagement.
Student - Bonafide certificate from School/College/ID Card.
- Leave letter from the School/College for the tour duration period.
Retired - Pension Proof / Retirement Proof.
Charitable Trust- Employment proof & sponsoring
Letter from the Trust
Registration copies of the Trust.
